Counselling for Men

At OMCS we are committed
to providing a professional counselling service in a supportive environment where men can explore issues relevant to them such as fatherhood, relationships, loss, anger and depression in a way that will allow them to move towards agreed goals.

We offer counselling with either male or female counsellors and
welcome enquiries from all men.

Our counsellors are fully qualified or following approved training courses and are in regular supervision. We subscribe to the BACP Ethical Framework.

We are located off the Iffley Road in East Oxford.

What happens next?

If you are interested in receiving counselling at OMCS, we will arrange an introductory session to find out what your needs are and whether we can provide the counselling which is appropriate for you. Following this, you will be contacted by one of our counsellors who will arrange a regular weekly appointment.

How much does it cost?

There is a £20 fee for the introductory session irrespective of income. The cost of your counselling sessions thereafter will be negotiated at your first meeting, and starts at £20.

How long does it last?

Counselling can be time-limited or longer term depending on your needs and will be discussed at the introductory meeting. Each counselling session is 50 minutes.
